Return & Exchange Policy

At Maison Amara, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • All products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings, lingerie, and beauty items are non-returnable.

  • Sale or promotional items may be eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless deemed faulty.

How to Return

  1. Email our Client Care team at returns@maisonamara.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for sending your item back.

  3. Please ensure the parcel is securely packaged — we recommend using a tracked delivery service for your protection.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our Client Care team. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
